End of Programme FAQs
The Family Mentor service has been vastly scaled down and will now only continue through the Health Inequalities and Innovation Fund made possible by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board.
Toy Library and Homestart Nottingham will be continuing a targeted programme of Small Steps at Home across Nottingham for families with little ones up to 12 months.

You can call your local Family Mentor team 9am-4.30pm weekdays. The team is out and about in the community so may not always be able to answer calls. Leave a message and someone will call you back.

Most of Family Mentor run groups will finish at the end of March, with the exception of Aspley's Story & Rhyme Time which will continue at Strelley Library.

If you have a Family Mentor, you can make them aware of your new address. However, when you update your new address with your GP practice, your Family Mentor will also receive your new address.
