The NHS website is a great tool to find advice and support with mental health concerns. Becoming parent is a big life event and it is natural to feel a lot of different emotions.

If you are a parent and carer of a child aged 0-19, you can text a public health nurse for help and support. The service is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) but you can text at any time. The team will get back to you within one working day.
