Family Mentor Service featured on Build a World of Play Solutions Hub
SSBC Family Mentor Service is included as one of the top 24 ideas from the LEGO foundation Build a World of Play challenge 2022
We're excited to share that our Family Mentor Service has been recognised as one of the top 24 ideas from over 600 applications across 86 countries by the Lego Foundation's Build a World of Play (BAWOP) challenge.
Last year we submitted a proposal to the #Buildaworldofplay challenge which will now feature on the Build a World of Play Solutions Hub
The #BAWOP challenge sought to fund bold, innovative and impactful solutions focused on early childhood and while we weren't a successful bid being recognised as one of the top submissions and being featured on the #SolutionsHub is a great opportunity for us to reach a global audience.
Our submission focuses on the work of our Family Mentors and their unique approach to supporting families, with preventative health advice and learning around child development, to nurture their children and help them thrive, improve communication and language skills, social and emotional development and nutrition outcomes.
To find out more about our submission visit the #SolutionsHub and explore the solutions.
